Automatic Temperature Sensor Assembly Welding Line

Quanstar Intelligent Controls (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. developed a fully automated assembly and test line of temperature sensor for electric vehicle manufacturer. Three different sizes of sensors were assembled on the equipment. We designed the system on a servo driven custom dial with a 10 second cycle time. Operations included bar code reading, vision guided robots to load components, vision inspection and servo press instegration. Easy to change from one size to the other.

The equipment consists of 3 assembly stations, the thermistor module assembly station, the pressure module assembly station, and the product assembly and riveting station. It is flexible and compatible with various materials, and is equipped with a digital traceability service system to achieve real - time monitoring of the entire production line status. The core processes include automatic feeding, PCB glue coating, spin riveting, PIN cut and bent, leak testing, etc. Our mission is providing exclusive, innovative and comprehensively customized automation solutions.
